(www.GAORFID.com ) is offering this high performance 865MHz Gen 2 RFID reader which is an ideal tool for use in industrial applications such as portals or loading dock doorways where high read rates are required. It is specially designed for applications such as warehousing, product distribution, shop floors, container tracking and baggage handling. The superior RFID reader is able to handle 1 to 4 read antennae and reads 400 or more tags at a time. One and two antenna configurations will meet most conveyor and container tracking requirements.

The optimized UHF Gen 2 RFID reader, model 275001, supports multi-detection and has a maximum reading distance of 7m and a maximum writing distance of 4m (tag dependant). It is waterproof and dustproof and withstands harsh environments. This RFID reader also provides unparalleled flexibility in supporting multiple RFID tag protocols and multi-regional regulatory compliance and is programmable for a multitude of EPC application environments. It complies with ETSI, ISO 18000-6B and ISO 18000-6C standards and communicates with a PC through a RS232 interface or 10/100 Ethernet digital I/O interface. What's more, the included software provides extensive control over reader's capabilities and behavior, full antenna behavior control, an optional I/O control module and a full spectrum analyzer. A 902MHz version is available for North American use
