In your business
you may have a large number of employees who each need a desk phone, this could be a call centre or an IT support department. Whatever industry you work in there are business phone line solutions that can help not only your service stay at a high level of standards as well as being more effective when you do business.
Sometimes your workers will need more than one line, they may have to put an important contact on hold whilst they get a hold of the person or information that they are asking after. With a regular phone you may have to either put them on hold or at the very least cover the receiver whilst you frantically search for what they want. With multi analogue lines you will be able to place the person on hold and calmly dial the person who they were after on a second line and connect the two calls.
In business time is money, time spent waiting on the phone for someone is obviously annoying so being able to quickly deal with these calls is important to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction. It is recognised that consumers, clients or anyone dialling your business would like as quick an answer as possible, this not only shows your business is quick to take their call but not getting a machine or complicated number based system is welcome to some callers.
Conference calling is also made easier due to the phones usually having a conference button on them for dialling multiple call partners, sometimes up to five different people so you can in effect hold a large meeting between 6 different offices or even countries.
Getting multi analogue lines can also be used for other reasons such as combining them to create a single, seemingly high bandwidth connection. This is done via two methods with the first: Line bonding is supported by common business operating systems like Windows and Linux supporting line bonding without you having to purchase any more expensive software. This setup needs similar setups at either end which may not be possible. This is why the second method, Connection Teaming may be preferred as you don't need support from the other end of your connection, you can even increase the stability of your overall connection by pairing connections from multiple ISPs.
One of the biggest advantages of this method is by setting certain lines to add to the bandwidth when the load is at a certain level, this can help save money on costs as well as having that breathing room to expand when you need to.
There are plenty of good reasons to invest in multi analogue lines and if you have a lot of workers using telephones in your workplace then you should really consider getting the best service for your needs.
